Aimed at improving heart health as well, the Atkins diet allows the person to eat traditional rich food such as red meat, eggs, fish, fowl, and cheese. You must remember to stay active all the time in order for the program to work.

And lastly, the Eat Right For Your Type diet has been popularized by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo in his book "Eat Right for Your Type: The Individualized Diet Solution to Staying Healthy, Living Longer & Achieving Your Ideal Weight". Its fundamental principle is that you must choose the right kind of food depending on what your blood type is. There are certain food which could be beneficial for one blood type and harmful to the other.
